I prepared traditional Tamil dishes at the Aadi 18 festival in 2024, expressing gratitude for water’s nourishing essence and upholding culinary heritage. The festival was a celebration of not just food, but also the deep-rooted traditions.

I had an amazing time creating a wide array of delicious dishes, such as paruppu vadai, lentil dumplings, moong dal payasam, lemon rice, puliyodharai powder mix rice, curd rice, and papad. The Vada and payasam were lovingly offered as neivedyam during a prayer, and I truly savored every moment of the festive meals.
